This strategic acquisition represents an important step in our continued growth, significantly enhancing our production capacity, capability and flexibility.
With the addition of Ilam Stone’s manufacturing facility and skilled team, we will be able to increase output and bring down lead times, ensuring our customers benefit from greater availability and service consistency across our product range.
The Ilam Stone brand will continue to operate in its own right, maintaining the product range and quality for which it is known, while now benefiting from the strength, resources, and technical support of the wider Amber Valley Stone group.
Together, Amber Valley Stone and Ilam Stone will offer one of the most comprehensive cast stone solutions in the UK, combining craftsmanship, innovation, and efficiency to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
In addition to the acquisition, Amber Valley Stone has expanded into the ‘as struck’ market, enabling the manufacture of large poured precast products such as blocks, ground beams, and other structural elements. Further broadening the range of solutions we can provide to our customers.
We are genuinely excited about this next chapter, as it allows us to build additional resilience into our operations, respond faster to demand, and further reinforce our position as a trusted partner within the building products sector.
